Folks. Reading some of these comments…

Read recent announcements and commentary, including some of your own. Ask yourself why you’ve invested and if it doesn’t align wit your strategy any longer, sell out and invest elsewhere.

Timeline and product both remain on track, in line with recent announcement.

Most of you have been around long enough to understand that this company is run by scientists, not suits.
Adjust your expectations accordingly. If that doesn’t gel with you, move on or use your vote (!) against the AC performance options.
Personally, I hope once MEM move past validation they will bring in external sales firing power or a large licensing partner later this year to scale, but don’t bank on it.

Until the product is validated and works, there is no point in taking time out of KOL partners’ schedules and discuss ‘what if’ scenarios.
MEM will continue sales discussions as soon as validation activities look positive and are due to wrap up.
Onus is on MEM to deliver a functional product KOL partners can test. The product will do the talking!

Maybe consider the options for AC as a positive? 2 big fish invest more, she wants her holding not further diluted and remain somewhat in line with shareholding of big two percentage-wise. All 3 clearly putting their money, energy and efforts on this being validated and through to commercialisation this year. 2nd tranche of AC options once 10c is hit (if I recall correctly) - fine by me.

I wasn’t happy with December’s last minute delay but the story remains the same it’s been all year. Glad an opportunity for improvement was found.

Product now appears to be working. Validation before end of September, I’m hoping for end of August/early September. Sales convos will continue when appropriate but not yet.
