The stock price would have to almost quadruple before those options were exercised.
I wouldn't be complaining about a 4-bagger over the next 3 years!
In that event, the directors will have to stump up a million dollars each - money which likely would come in very handy. I don't think that's any worse than having to have a potentially dilutive discounted rights issue.
