I would be thinking quicker than that, more towards the end of September as this meeting is kinda just a formality to give greater flexibility for the US listing, should it not be voted in favour then the IPO can still happen, but within standard dilution rules. (But honestly can't see it not going through seamlessly).
That said I have voted already as email from Automic arrived few minutes ago.
In relation to cash held by the company, let's not forget about the 90 million IHLAH 8c options that also expire 30th Sept which are being drip concerted few million at a time for last several months.
Today marks a few milestones for me with a Friday close of 32c and being my Son's 5th Birthday so we are cracking the good bubbles.
I would highly recommended putting a bottle of this aside for the night/day of the US IPO
