    back of the envelope quick calc, seems that that proposes price of 20.7c?
    180m / 50 = 3.6m shares. 27m USD / 3.6m = 7.5USD/share. 7.5usd = 10.36 AUD. 10.36/50 = 20.72c/share.

    might have completely gone off the mark here
