Just had my phone call from ComputerShare in NZ.

They glossed over the other two and said the board recommend I vote for them.

They went to reasonable lengths to describe why I shouldn't vote in Jonu. They also tried quite hard to get out of me how I intended to vote and furthermore why... I left them with a "no comment" answer.

I assume NTL pays for this market research? Obviously trying to forsee how the votes will go an prepare accordingly.

I dont recall getting a pre-phone call for every previous AGM
