I sense strongly the phrasing of Mat in that nasty attack on Jono.
The other 2 are patsies, would be interested in their connections back to Mat.

"Impediment to the smooth and efficent functioning of the board and company" - you got to be kidding me.

I dont see how anybody could make it worse than what they have done.
