For what the board has given to its shareholders for the last 5, 10, 20 years plus, every last one of the few shares I hold will go against their recommendations.

Since they want votes for #1 & #2, nope...
Since they don't want votes for #3, that's a big yep from me.
As for the auditors, nope...

Backing the board has got NTL where it is now. It's time to change the tide!
