For groups like LHC - they aren't concerned about justice for JK, they're concerned about maximising their return for their unitholders. And given that they've almost completely written this investment down, it might be better to accept something now, rather than continuing to hold with no market.
For holders who are doing it tough financially, it may not matter at all what JK has done. It might just be that getting money out is the preference.
And yes, I "only" have 15k shares. I've been open about this. To me, $10,000 is a lot of money. If you're a multi-millionaire, no problems. My standard shareholding parcel is $5k shares. My largest is currently KSS with ~$25k. Smallest is OSL, which was $3k, now $1k and hardly worth selling. ISX was a fairly large holding for me. I think I'm on another of your shares too - I hold ~$7k of IHL.
