- They can value conservatively, but still has to be a reasonable opinion on the market value, and documented. If they thought the share was worth 5c-10c, they can use 5c. They can't use 1c.
- If anyone exited in the last 18 months, the value of ISX units in the holding was effectively 5c. They don't get recompensated again later if the value jumps or falls on reopen.

Thanks for the additional information @naomhan. I'd swear though that I read that LHC would need to pay the difference if the price is higher than the valuation but could not claw back if lower. I cannot find my source though, how sure are you of your answer?
