@siciliavin, This is my sentiments exactly! It also sends a strong message to all the ISX down-rampers who have been making a grand effort to persuade ISXers not to trust JK and to vote no to the demerger.

ISX and ASIC can no longer attempt to twist information in an attempt to convince Judge Davies that we the shareholders are putting in complaints about ISX to them and are depending upon ASX and ASIC to protect us.

I missed the meeting. So disappointed! I would have liked to have shared in the joy of the news at the time it was given. I am in Queensland and forgot, until about 3:15 our time, that it was 4:15 in Melbourne. It must have been a short meeting!
