Yes it was a short meeting. About 80 attendees online, took some time to verify that all attendees were genuine shareholders + invited guests. Quorum confirmed, Tim did the formalities for Resolution 1, there were no questions to the board, the votes were counted, meeting officially done.
JK then informally addressed the meeting, it was good to see him on camera again looking relaxed and confident (last time I saw him was at the NSX AGM 2020) and I got the strong impression that not only was he thrilled at the 98+% in favour, but also that he can't wait to get going on the new exchange - same as most of us long holders!!
