Just a correction in my earlier post, Oncosil started in 2013 not in 2017 as stated above. Neuro Discovery acquired Enigma Therapeutic and in that acquisition they got hold of Oncosil. Refer ASX announcement presentation 07/Feb/2013. Enigma was developing oncosil under the licence from pSiMedica (asx code PVA - now delisted). Dr. Roger became chairman at the same announcement dated 7/feb/2013. Company name changed from Neuro Discovery to Oncosil in 2013 as well... so basically it was Dr. Roger who came with acquisition of Oncosil and he is involved since 2013... and not sure if he was also involved in PVA as there aren't any online announcement available of the delisted companies.... !
