I totally understand how and why you would feel like this. I am 1 of the larger shareholders, but my believes are lets not create more work for Otto here. Get him on, he will sort the others out without the drama's of having to reelect boards members including himself.
Look at what he has been able to achieve with RHY in a short time. RHY were done for all money, he came on as chair, executed a STRATEGY which has been implemented. And look at the results.
He will be working on the same strategic plan for OSL now IMO. Let him work out the rubbish on the board, he doesn't muck around and always puts shareholders first, he will sack them himself if they are found to be under performing.
My personal believe, he will already have a new board members ready to join the board. If i was a betting man, it would be from Europe not Australia.
All just my thoughts.
