So the AGM is just 9 days away now (anyone going?).
Some points of note re Macro Metals transaction from the notice issued 15 Oct:
- 384.6m shares to be given to the vendor (at 1.3c equivalent)
- $2m to be placed at 1.5c by 25 Nov (with $1.5m to be used to explore Macro tenements)
- SOI to increase to 1.447b shares
- Fully diluted to 1.804b shares (though you can probably strip out the 142m options due 31 Dec)
