By the way it is not an AGM on the 19th it is a GM.
The AGM is scheduled for sometime in December according to the Commissar "At this stage, the Company anticipates calling an Annual General Meeting of shareholders for mid-December 2021", though this could be a lie as he has lied to the ASX before.
