These are MPdS's STI, LTI and RSTR performance rights targets from the notice of general meeting. Shareholders have to vote on these (and other resoltions) by this Sunday.STI Performance Targets (30 June 2022)The rest of the conditions on pages 18 to 20 are probably the most complicated I've ever seen and they include those above, production capacity targets (LTI) and company total shareholder return targets (RSTR). I initially thought that these performance incentives were provided without conditions (and hence over the top) but after reading through the document I can see that he will have work his guts out to meet the performance targets and earn 100% of all his performance rights.
