There’s no way he’d let Mec go in a firesale because there would have to be liquidators appointed to sell the assets…being the 40-odd % of Advent. Imagine a new 40% holder in Advent then calling the shots! God forbid there might actually be progress!
In an appropriately governed associated group of organisations then the “impartial” NEDs should be making these calls. Anyone seen any evidence that they have been doing their job?
