So if Resolution 1 & 2 are passed, WOA can do another CR within the next 12 months, again up to 25% without approval from the shareholders.
Kinda leaves a bad taste in the mouth... surprise $20mil cap raise + 2mil SPP out of no-where, effectively diluting the value by 25%.
Then ask for flexibility to do it again within the next 12 months? No from me.
Maybe give some more detail on how you're going to use the $20m+ effectively and show some results first
