    Sorry, but wholeheartedly disagree with this notion. Performance incentives as Footmax said should be there to help drive the company forward not to reward what's already part of their job, as, for their salaries, the company makes no money right now, with a drill hole yet to be done. Trent and Ross in May this past year went from $60k annual salary to $285k (Ann 31 May 2021).....that's a fair chunk a year of the companies funds that are going just for their salaries. Yet we've yet to see actual progress from what a year ago? I don't think they've driven the company further than we were 12 months ago - All that's changed is we have a drilling permit - which has been a delay due to the regulation changes, not because of the extra effort they would have done. And what of the other 'rolling permit strategies' applications. We've yet to see any of that happening.

    As I view it, the only people that the performance shares benefit are them, not shareholders like us. They've merely handouts to themselves.
