I’ve discovered a new condition – CAS – Churchill Ave Syndrome.
Another small cap with its head office up the road from Blue Star in Churchill Ave, Subiaco, did a similar ‘gift’ to directors a few years ago, basically just for turning up to work – and in a recent SP upswing they unloaded a few million each and the SP is still languishing where it fell shortly thereafter.
Also voted no - these performance targets are just too soft....
