If the incentive bar was much higher then we would not care.
12 months waiting for the permit because they did not get the the original one in fast enough should not warrant a reward.
BNL should have an excellent three months ahead and the incentive plan is not reflecting that. Get BNL to $500mil MC with half a dozen drill bits in the ground should be a better parameter for performance incentives.
Note: I will admit that I am a person who does not belive in performance shares to BOD members so please take that into account.
