Regardless of where you stand on the issues, it is worth voting. Remember that the BOD can't cast votes for the incentive plans and that on;y 50% of holders bother to vote so a 1% vote is more like 2%
Not advising which way to go but I have cast a no vote for resolutions 3-6
1) Incentive bar is set too low - and therefore, I don't consider them to add any incentive for management to increase the value of the SP.
2) It means a dilution of the share base which lowers the value of shareholders value.
