Agree these hurdles are set very low and I will also be voting no. However as I’m sure you have all seen before, most retail holders never read any materials or cast a vote so it will likely be a landslide 90% plus yes unfortunately.
I fear the best we will get is the opportunity to ask a few tricky questions during the meeting, which no doubt will be brushed under the carpet.
It just comes with the territory at this end of town unfortunately!
