Dissapointing to see and a bit of a red flag to me on managements ambitions.
'Performance' isn't meant to mean doing the basics for the company to progress, they may as well have added another 50m shares on top for turning up to work on time and having a tidy desk.
All of these shares issued are excluded from the annual placement limits as far as I can I see as well meaning additional dilution and more SP suppression before the next CR.
I understand it will be necessary to to raise more capital sooner than later, but why not let the SP rise a bit first so we can raise at a higher price.
