This analysis is on the money, its so frustrating when fundamentals are great but the people steering the ship care more about their own accounts than the companies, its what lets a lot of these small cap companies down in the end, so often comes down to managements greed. Shows a lot when management want to take a truck load of money out of the companies account into their own, when the company needs it to survive.
Unfortunately these resolutions will go through, sad to see management act like this, takes the excitement of holding away when you see where their motives are not putting the company first.
