Not worth it and the impact (if it gets through) will be small. Unfair for sure. Timing appalling also.
I feel a bit of sympathy for those selling today (and some have). In a months time they may be very disappointed at themselves.
The "performance" games occur in every company. I don't agree with it and I have already vented anyway. Now, it's time for me to look forward to Q1 2022 and I think this issue will be well forgotten by the end of March. Expect the SP to double or do better in that time. Need to remember that there are good times ahead.
Market in general is taking a hit today anyway so maybe not a good trading day.
