I am only in this for the trade but ultimately there is nothing in there that any other companies does to reward their directors if they hit certain milestones. There overall salaries of the 3 main dudes is unders by markets standards. Most earn over 300. I suppose I could question why there is 2 in that amount. I say that as I am here purely for the trade.
Having a lot of skin in the game for them is also important because then ultimately if they don't make it work then they don't go big. Thats the lure for them.

You are dealing at the speculative end of the market. what do you expect?
If they deliver the goods I couldn't give a sh&t what they pay themselves.
As they get bigger. - if they do then they won't be able to escape as much scrutiny.
