I have been a big supporter of the management team on these threads lately but I will be voting no on all of the four resolutions. I expect performance rights for all spec stocks but I expect them to push management to perform well and earn them, not just be handed out. The milestones here are too vague and don’t push them to continue to drive shareholder value in my opinion.
I believe Trent and the team have been doing a great job & have said on here that they deserve their recent pay rise. I want him to get a truck load of shares too, but I just think they should all stretch themselves a bit further to get them
