I’d suggest most holders don’t mind performance shares being issued if they are reasonably ambitious or push the board to stretch the envelope of performance. The problem here is half of them are already part of the strategy and the wheels are already in motion.
WTF does make an investment decision mean? How can you be rewarded if you get to FID and the project is a no go cause you stuffed it all up along the way???
