I know a holder who holds just under 2% of BNL and will be voting no to the performance resolutions.
As the performance hurdles are pathetically easy and not even commercial I think there is a good chance some other large holders may also vote against this. Remember these holders aren't fools, they will see this for what it is, we need to hope they are willing to "rock the boat"
It is so important that we all make the effort and vote no matter what size holding you have. I have reached out to my network of other holders and revved them up to vote, please do the same.
