While I am displeased with the managements efforts at introducing low bar incentive shares, I still believe that BNL is a great investment opportunity..
I also, don't think (for me anyway) that selling my holding now because of the incentive plans would be a great strategy. It would reflect any misgivings I havbut, in the end, it might cost me a much greater return in 3 months time.
Plus, these small start-ups are always prone to take over attempts - and that is not a bad thing for shareholders.
I will vote no to the incentive plans - and I don't think it is one shareholders whinge either. For now, all I can see is a better reward for me within a very short time. I've been patient and have held shares for 18 months. Another three months means very little.
