You make some interesting points , on the other side of the sacrifice coin , there are people investing in BNL that have worked extremely hard with the same sacrifices as the people that you are referring to , raising money to invest in companies like BNL , with a reasonable expectation of a return on their investment , no one doubts that management deserve to be rewarded, but fairly and not in a blatant grab .I am a No voter ,to send a message to rethink the target level that the incentives have been set at .
