I take a different view to this those advocating we vote against the resolutions. I bought into this company some time ago (at about 0.01c) and did so because I believed the “story” from the board and management about how they would find and exploit Helium resources in the USA.
Perhaps it's taken a little longer than I would have liked to get results but most of this has been out of the control of management and when it wasn’t the board took steps to rectify the problem. So generally I think the board has done a very good job.
Now the same board deems it fit to reward management, so I will back them again.
Maybe the performance bar has been set too low maybe not. All I can say is, if they generate the same increase in company value in the next 12 months as they have in the last, the performance shares are worth every penny.
