A vote against these resolutions is a vote against the management as I see it. I personally think the salaries these guys get is low and the targets might be low but like Sprint07 said, they have driven this company to where it is now and if they give me the same return over the next 12 months for my investment as I've had the past 12 months, they'll be worthy of it! Just my opinion of course.
