No problem with that - we all see things in a different way sometimes.
I do believe that issues like performance incentives should be reasonable - they are, after all supposed to be incentives. To be completely frank, I don't think the management of BNL have done anything exceptional yet - just what they are supposed to be doing. So, I think incentives should be built to reflect exceptional performance - not an extra for doing their jobs.
Anyway, I am hoping for drilling in January. Maybe by March, we will get more activity - including drilling in the JV.
