I can see plausible scenarios for an $0.80 share price, such as:
* A full takeover offer after production is at steady state
* Copper and gold drilling results are positive and proved to JORC standards once the decline has been developed.
* Regional opportunities that are exclusively Galena (not JV) prove to be significant.
The 80c incentive is the highest bar, so I see not harm in it being offered.
