I see resolution 3 is not about finding a talent or paying right market rate but it is about ability to get another 2 - 3 people on board to make total 5 to 6 which means in any board meeting JW will have another 2 & 3 vote so probably Rob & Garry will be partner as long as they sing the same song .. IMO.... If I am Rob or Gary I will vote against resolution 3 (I watch too many Asian dynasty web series on amazon this days )... IMO>... !

One may ask why we assume that new person will be from JW as it could be Rob or Gary's mate as Gary will have potentially more shares then anyone else once all other milestones are met for his performance shares but history suggest that if those two gentleman knew about this tricks then they would have implemented it long ago .... lol.... IMO.

Since JW came on board the culture of KPI gone as recently seen and shares are now asked for Interest Free, Dividend paying Loan shares which says a lot on who is influencing this all ... !!!!... if Rob & Gary knew or wanted to play it this way then they would have done it all along for themselves when they started mining with previous chairman... IMO.

FEX currently running around 500m outstanding shares so someone to ask 10m shares is basically asking 2% ownership in company plus free dividend of around 525k (if next div is fully franked at 5.25c).... if someone ask for 5m shares then it's around 1% ownership and 213k dividend if next divi is around 5.25c...... ! Now lord tell me where can I also get that ?
