I agree
I think the new chair if he has confidence in the company he should show that confidence by buying on market in the same way that many directors do in other companies.
As the loan is unsecured then that could mean that if or when one day in say in 6 years time the company decides to wind down and stop trading ( which could be a real possibility and currently somewhat factored into current price) will he then still feel inclined to pay back that unsecured loan and walk away with all the dividends that he received up to that time?
how will shareholders be protected from that scenario? comments please
