It means I have read the notice and explained it to you in simple terms. But the facts do not actually matter to you do they? The fact that the terms include a strong holding lock escrow and sale restriction and forfeiture etc. is irrelevant to the pile on. Much easiier to just SHOUT indigantion and accusation.
I do not know anything about how Welborn "ambushed" and "hijacked" the AGM and the company. But obviously there are some posters here who were seriously disappointed or disaffected by what happened.
I am just looking at the facts. Seems a simple incentive system that makes sense.
