I guess we may never know why Mr Cheng abstained and he needs to explain this to SH.
To be clear though he wouldnt be "acting to remove..." he only needed to carry out his fiduciary responsibility and act in the best interests of the company, all SH and support a recommendation to them that they either accept MZ effectively take over the board and control of IMA or not. He has failed to do so.
Interesting to see Mr Cheng buys in Oct/Nov 21 about 9M for 19.5c ($1.75 M) then 2 days before Christmas 23/12/21 sells to Vestpro 13.5 M for 20.5c ($2.78M).
He is a sellout dirty dawg for sure.
