The directors sold our lithium assets downriver and shareholders got nothing in return. When CLQ split it's water business off from its mining business CLQ shareholders were offered shares in the new water company (CNQ) and the mining company (SRL) according to their holdings and each company's valuation. ADV created a new company and gave shareholders NOTHING in return. The sale was meant to give us a war chest to start mining the gold assets, but less than 6 months later they're diluting our shares with another massive cap raise to pay for the work that the sale of the lithium assets was meant to cover. I hope everyone votes accordingly. Changing my sentiment to "hold"
