    What are they up to?
    Seems excessive.

    "Shares on issue will be reduced from 1,675,101,964 to 9,572,011 (subject to rounding);

    This is meaningless drivel:

    "...the purpose of the Consolidation is to simplify Zelira’s capital structure, undertake a share consolidation to reduce the total number of shares on issue and generate efficiency savings from having a smaller number of shares on issue."
