Is it just me, or does a lot of the justification seem to focus on raising and applying finance in various forms:

There seems to be a lot of signaling here about approaching financiers and investors, accessing capital, and issuing shares. The comment about working capital and debt servicing are also a worry; it sounds like selling the furniture to buy groceries.

I think there will be much more news to come after the transaction is completed.
