Wow, this has gone from bad to worse, consolidation is typically bad for shareholders, cant think of an example where its worked out well, but countless where it hasnt. As others have said its shareholders who get hurt during this, usually its a consolidation, then they will raise at the higher price, thus further diluting the register that they just consolidated, and the share price falls to levels that would be possible pre consoidation. Atleast now at 1.2 cents, it can only go down 12 more ticks!

They need to start focusing on the business, rather than strategies to get more capital to pay themselves for a couple more years whilst achieving Sweet F All.
