a share consolidation is a disaster.
there is no reason for it other than they are misleading shareholders about financial position.
you would only consolidate now to raise money again at the higher SP.
this is the biggest warning sign that The company is in more trouble than they are letting on.
a SPP in December and this wasn't mentioned.
an update which says well positioned for growth
and then a share consolidation? Makes no sense unless it's in more trouble than they are telling us.
time to come clean Justin or ...go
