Completely agree, and basically everyone on this thread sees straight through it, yet to hear one good reason for a consolidation, there is no positive outcome or reason for it. Hopefully big holders realise it too, and dont just vote to pass all resolutions.

To be honest the fact that they are even considering it is a big redflag for me, almost as bad as it actually happening. Shows where the focus is (on trying to raise more) rather than on actually getting sales up.
