2. PERF RIGHTS to Linton Putland and Kristie Young. Interestingly, the KEY MILESTONE dates for them to achieve these rights are;

• Putland——14th Sept 2024 for a POSITIVE DFS and obtaining PROJECT FINANCE.
• Putland——14th Sept 2026 for FIRST PRODUCTION.
• Young——5th Feb 2024 for a Mineral Resource estimate (MRE) of 2Moz+
• Young——POSITIVE DFS, PROJECT FINANCE and FIRST PRODUCTION as for Putland.

3. To ratify last years SPP and Placement shares so as to retain the company’s annual 15% placement capacity.
