The directors remuneration is always interesting ... to see if its fair or a gouge.
I think this one is fair.
Dave gets:
330K base salary and super + 340K options at nil exercise price (so free shares) with no performance condition attached, so assuming those shares are worth $1, lets call this a base overall remuneration package of 670K. Thats fair.
Then he gets another 680K of options nil exercise price (2 lots of 340K shares one vesting Dec23 the otehr Dec24), for CAI share price performance relative to its peer group.

And % of options issued depending on the below performance scale:
So if by 2024 CAI is in the top of its peer group in terms of share price performance, then Daves salary package for this year will have be 1.35M.
