Let’s hope the top two shareholders and a few more top 20 shareholders vote against it. That should then see and end to this insanity. Just wish that the costs of this action (egm) should be passed onto the consortium of people if they lose because this is costing the company. This may prevent numerous or frivolous attempts to disrupt the functioning of companies.
