You make it sound like they have an easy win, but that's not my understanding at all.
The top two shareholders have more shares than the Ward group. If the top two shareholders vote against the motions (which is likely), then the Ward group has a huge uphill battle.
Given that they also have no clear direction for the company and appear to be just agitating for fun, I think it's very unlikely they would succeed.
